Alia Bhatt is making every effort to garner the appropriate attention for her upcoming film, Jigra. The film is her second outing as a producer after the 2022 Netflix release, Darlings. After dropping two first-look posters from the film, the actor has unveiled new posters featuring her. With the poster, Alia also hinted at the name of her character, or perhaps it was a pun intended. Well, we have to wait and watch.
The actor appears in the posters as a de-glam avatar, donning an oversized striped shirt and black jeans. She is wearing a short hairdo and posing with full intensity against the backdrop of many Chinese lanterns and a roaring dragon. In her post, she wrote, "Dum hai... Satya mein dum hai," which loosely translates to "There's strength... Satya has strength!"

In the story Jigra, the protagonist's sister goes to tremendous measures to safeguard her brother.
According to reports, Alia underwent a dramatic metamorphosis to bring this impactful story to life. Her commitment to become a basketball player was one of the most impressive parts of her training. The actor devoted herself to rigorous training sessions, where she learnt the game's ins and outs from a professional instructor. The poster captures her genuine self-assurance and agility, which are reminiscent of a professional basketball player.
A few weeks ago, Bollywood Hungama reported that the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) had approved the Jigra teaser with a 'U' rating, indicating its suitability for all audiences. It is anticipated to be approximately two minutes long.
