Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 promo: Rubina Dilaik is the 10th confirmed contestant, grooves to Tip Tip as she goes retro

Rubina Dilaik has been confirmed as the 10th contestant on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10. The actress is among the special contestants on the show. In the official announcement video, Rubina went retro and grooved to Tip Tip.

Last seen in Khatron Ke Khiladi 12, Rubina Dilaik is also a part of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10. The actress had won the Bigg Boss 14 trophy too.

The first promo confirming Rubina as a contestant has released. She has gone retro style for the video.

Donning a navy blue sharara, Rubina is seen grooving to two songs – one from the 50s and another from the 90s. She changes into retro clothes everytime on TV.

Rubina first grooves to Shola Jo Bhadke from the movie Albela. Th song made actress Geeta Bali extremely popular.

The other song that Rubina grooves to, of course, is Tip Tip. The iconic track featuring Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon has also been recreated many times and remains the official rain song in Bollywood.

Nia Sharma, Shilpa Shinde, Niti Taylor, Amruta Khanvilkar, Dheeraj Dhoopar, Paras Kalnawat, Zorawar Kalra and Gashmeer Mahajani are the other confirmed contestants on the show. Ali Asgar’s character Dadi is also a part of the show.

Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 will be hosted by Maniesh Paul and sees Karan Johar, Madhuri Dixit and Nora Fatehi as judges. It will start airing from September 3. The show will be available for viewing and streaming only on the weekends at 8 pm. The viewers can catch up on the show on Voot.
