After the engaging teaser and Power Song from Jai Bhim garnered attention from movie buffs, the much-awaited trailer of the film is here. Suriya excels as lawyer Chandru, who fights for the rights of people who are marginalized in the society. The story, set in 1995, is based on true incidents and the actor's character is inspired from a real-life lawyer.

Veteran actors Prakash Raj and Rao Ramesh are seen in the roles of a cop and a lawyer respectively in the trailer, the duration of which is close to three minutes. Unlike the teaser, both the actors have dialogues in the trailer.

Rajisha Vijayan is another actor who is expected to have a meaty role in the movie. Manikandan and Lijomol Jose will be seen essaying the roles of oppressed people from the tribal community. How a sincere lawyer takes up their cases in the court and fights against the wrongdoings prevalent in our system forms the crux of the story.

Directed by Tha Se Gnanavel, the movie will start streaming on Amazon Prime Video from November 2 in Tamil and Telugu languages. Sean Roldan has composed music for the project which has editing by Philomin Raj and cinematography by SR Kathir.

Suriya had earlier said that the film is close to his heart and that he believes true stories will bring true changes in society. The actor is playing a lawyer for the first time in his career. A few hard-hitting dialogues were the highlight of the film's teaser which was released recently.

The trailer has even more powerful dialogues which are likely to be lapped up by movie buffs after the movie's release. Going by the trailer, casteism, police brutality, delay in justice and existential crisis of the have-nots seem to the some of the issues which Jai Bhim will touch upon.
