According to a report published by HT City this morning, Jacqueline and Selena will be seen together in a digital frame soon. The stars will likely collaborate for a music video. Though it is too early to comment on such news developments, sources close to HT City believed, “Jacqueline and Selena are both big stars in their respective industries and their coming together will be a huge collaboration. They are teaming up for a single, and both will feature in the song’s video.”

Only time will tell where the truth lies.

Why was Jacqueline Fernandez in the news recently?

According to a report published in The Indian Express this February, Jacqueline has filed a complaint with the Delhi Police against alleged conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. She claims that he harassed and threatened her from prison. The complaint was passed on to the Special Commissioner of Police (Crime Branch) and a special unit has been formed to investigate the allegations.

Last December, Jacqueline filed a lawsuit in a Delhi court to stop Sukesh from contacting her in any way. She is a witness in a money-laundering and extortion case, in which Sukesh is accused of extorting ₹200 crore.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Jacqueline will next be seen in the film, Welcome to the Jungle alongside reputed actors Akshay Kumar, Raveena Tandon, Arshad Warsi, and more. The film, as the name suggests, is a part of the Welcome franchise and is expected to be released on December 20, 2024.
