Dreamworks Animation is bringing back Kung Fu Panda again with Jack Black in a series format on Netflix. Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight was announced by the streamer with first look stills.
Black will once again voice the adorable panda Po, who will have a new set of enemies and new adventures to deal with. Collider writes that Po will be joined by an English knight named Wandering Blade in his journey, though the new stills do not reveal who it exactly is.
According to Variety, the series will have a mysterious pair of weasels who want to steal four deadly weapons. Po must leave his home for the mission to prevent these weasels from acquiring these weapons and saving the world.
The Kung Fu Panda trilogy is among the most successful of the ones created by Dreamworks, earning $1.8 billion at the global box office.

Peter Hastings and Shaunt Nigoghossian are the executive producers, while Chris Amick and Ben Mekler are co-executive producers.
