It's official! Actors Naresh and Pavitra Lokesh to tie the knot

Well, the cat is out of the bag at last! For the first time, actors Naresh and Pavitra Lokesh have finally admitted to being in a relationship - a news that the world unofficially knew for a while now. That’s not all, they are all set to take a step further and tie the knot soon. The news was confirmed by the 62-year-old actor himself on social media earlier today. Naresh, Pavitra Lokesh worked together in films like Sammohanam, Ramarao on Duty, Andaru Bagundali Andulo Nenundali, to name a few.

In a special video that Naresh uploaded, the couple cuts a cake and kisses each other later. “New Year, New Beginnings, Need all your blessings. From us to all of you #HappyNewYear,” Naresh wrote. The two have been in a live-in relationship for several months now and confirmed their relationship with this video. Naresh had divorced his wife Ramya Raghupathi recently with Pavitra Lokesh too parting ways with her earlier partner a while ago.

While Naresh was married thrice, Pavitra Lokesh had earlier married a software engineer and divorced him to move in with actor Suchendra Prasad, with whom she eventually separated in 2018. Naresh, the son of late actress Vijaya Nirmala and half-brother to Mahesh Babu, has had a prolific career in cinema as a lead, comedian, character actor and in negative roles too. Pavitra, who also worked in television, has been active in Kannada and Telugu industries for a little more than two decades now.

Naresh and Pavitra Lokesh-starrer Andaru Bagundali Andulo Nenundali, the most recent film they were cast together, is now streaming on aha. Their other films together include Middle Class Abbayi, Happy Wedding, Telisinavallu.
