Ismart Shankar: Sequel of the Puri Jagan, Ram starrer to go on floors during this time

Puri Jagan is one of the top directors in Telugu cinema. He has created many superstars with his mass films. But sadly, he is out of form as his last film, Liger starring Vijay Devarakonda was a big flop at the box office. He is lying low and even faced so many financial issues with Liger and is nowhere to be seen these days.

Well, a few days back, news broke out that Puri Jagan will be directing the sequel to his blockbuster hit Ismart Shankar starring Ram Pothineni very soon. Well, we have come to know that Puri Jagan is almost done with the scripting of this film and the project will go on floors in the month of October this year.

Puri Jagan gave Ram his biggest hit with Ismart Shankar and now that the duo is teaming up once again, there is a very good buzz in the film circles. Though Puri Jagan has kept mum about this project, his team is quite gungho about the sequel which will be made on a massive scale.

Nabha Natesh and Naddhi Agerwal played female leads in this film and we need to see if any fresh star cast will get added to this film. Puri Jagan put all his hard earned money on Ismart Shankar and co-produced it with Charmee. The film was a massive hit and gave both Puri and Ram a new lease of life in their career. We need to see what kind of magic the sequel will create.
