Ishita Dutta on her role in Drishyam 2: I am sure the audience will love it

In 2015, Drishyam captured the spectators as the late Nishikant Kamat's murder mystery had everybody enthralled and wanting more. Thus the second instalment is now fully ready by the creators. Actress Ishita Dutta recently discussed her latest movie in an interview with Outlook Magazine. She is really eager for the public to see her again in the second chapter of the movie after receiving affection and praise from them for her performance in the first movie.

Ishita stated to Magazine on Thursday, "I am very excited for 'Drishyam 2'. A lot of my fans and the audience have been asking me about the second installment of the film for a very long time. It's finally here and I am sure the audience will love everything the film has to offer.”

The actress continued, “I have done films earlier but a majority of the audiences remember me for my role in Drishyam. So, I am really grateful to be a part of this film."

For those who missed the first installment, Drishyam starred Ajay as Vijay Salgaonkar, a man who takes extreme measures to save his family after his daughter inadvertently murders a kid who tries to blackmail her. The second film in the series will be the first to reveal if Ajay is successful in his objective.

The director Abhishek Pathak's Drishyam 2 is set to debut on November 18, 2022. It stars Ajay, Tabu, Shriya, Akshaye Khanna, Ishita Dutta, Mrunal Jadhav, and Rajat Kapoor in an ensemble cast.

Producing the movie are Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak, and Abhishek Pathak. Ajay teased the audience earlier in the day with a brief teaser for Drishyam 2, and he proceeded to do so throughout the rest of the day.
