Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif have been setting couple goals since a long time. Thus, now people hope they also set family goals. While Katrina’s mother comes from the UK, Vicky’s is based in Mumbai. He was asked if the couple has been facing family pressure to have kids. The actor has responded to the same in a recent interview.

During his interview with Radio City, Vicky was asked if his fans can expect some ‘good news’ in the family. He then responded that none of his family members are pressurizing them to have kids. “Koi bhi nahi daal raha. Vaise bade cool hain,” he said.

His parents knew he was dating Katrina Kaif

In the same interview, Vicky revealed that he was open with his family about dating Katrina Kaif. The actor said that he shared the news with his mother and father the first thing. He claims that they knew about Katrina at home first (even before Vicky’s brother Sunny knew).

For the uninitiated, Vicky and Katrina were secretive about them dating one another for a long time. It was only in 2021, when they got married, that there was a confirmation that the two were dating and serious about one another. In a recent interview, Vicky said that he and Katrina both knew when getting into the relationship that they wanted something permanent .

Last seen in Zara Hatke Zara Bachke opposite Sara Ali Khan, Vicky is now promoting his upcoming release, The Great Indian Family. Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, the film is being bankrolled by Aditya Chopra’s YRF. The Great Indian Family also stars Manushi Chhillar, Manoj Pahwa, Kumud Mishra, Sadiya Siddiqui, Alka Amin, Srishti Dixit, Bhuvan Arora, Ashutosh Ujjwal and Bharti Perwani in pivotal roles. It will release in theatres on September 22.
