Nayanthara has been one of the biggest female stars in the South Indian film industry for some time now. Titled as the “Lady Superstar” by fans, the actor enjoys a massive fanbase. The latest reports suggest that the actor has now spent a large sum of money on the interior of her house in Chennai.

According to reports, the actor is gifting the luxury house as a wedding gift to Vignesh Shivan, which is being built in Poes Garden in Chennai, a neighbourhood where superstar Rajinikanth resides. The house is reportedly being made on a scale of 16500 square feet and will consist of a swimming pool, a theater, and even a gymnasium. There is also a bathroom being built in the house on a massive scale of 1500 square feet.

Nayanthara was spotted earlier today at the Mumbai airport, reportedly arriving to join the filming of Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming movie titled Jawan, directed by Tamil director Atlee. Atlee is known for movies which bring together action and emotions such as Theri and Bigil.

Nayanthara, who made her acting debut in the 2003 Malayalam movie Manassinakkare, has since appeared in over 70 movies. Nayanthara was last seen in Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal and O2. The former, directed by Vignesh Shivan, also features Vijay Sethupathi and Samantha Ruth Prabhu. O2 on the other hand, has Nayanathara in the lead and is available to stream on Disney+ Hotstar.

Nayanthara also has a long list of movies in the pipeline, including some highly-anticipated projects such as Gold, Godfather and Jawan. While Gold stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Godfather and Jawan stars Chiranjeevi and Shah Rukh Khan in the lead roles.
