However, when a clip from October flashes on screen, an emotional Ileana is seen holding a pregnancy kit to the camera. In no time, it caught everyone's attention and netizens started asking her about the second pregnancy. While sharing the video, the Main Tera Hero actress wrote, "Love. Peace. Kindness.
