Irish Wish OTT release date – Catch the dreamy Lindsay Lohan romantic comedy on THIS platform

Irish Wish aspires to bring the ‘90s era of hit romcoms back by maintaining the essence but introducing a modern angle to it. Irish Wish maintains the originality of the golden age of romcoms along with LiLo, aka Lindsay Lohan in it. Acting since childhood, the actress has delivered hits like The Parent Trap, Mean Girls, Just My Luck, and recently, Netflix’s Falling for Christmas.

Release Date and OTT platform of Irish Wish

Directed by Janeen Damian of Falling for Christmas fame, the film is produced by Michael Damian and Brad Krevoy. Irish Wish releases on March 15, 2024, just in time for St. Patrick’s Day. The film will be a Netflix original and shall stream exclusively on the streaming platform. Set in the rolling green moors of Ireland and actually shot in Wicklow, the film is a wonderful blend of exploration, both self and nature’s wilderness, while stuck on a roiling conflict.

Shy book editor Maddie is in love with the writer she has been ghostwriting and works for. But things really start to shake up when the love of Maddie’s life gets engaged to her best friend and she must put aside her feelings to be a bridesmaid at their wedding in Ireland. Days before their marriage, Maddie makes a spontaneous wish for true love. Next morning, she wakes up as the bride-to-be!

If that is not scream-worthy enough, as the wedding date draws closer, Maddie begins to realize her true love may be someone entirely else. The best part about the film, at least what has been revealed till now, remains the journey of self-discovery Maddie goes on, while the marriage looms closer.
