The much-awaited trailer of Jayam Ravi's psycho thriller Iraivan is here. The power-packed trailer featuring Jayam Ravi, Nayanthara and Rahul Bose, packs a punch. Jayam Ravi once again dons the hat of a cop in this intense edge-of-the-seat film, who shows no mercy to criminals.
Highlights from the trailer
Rahul Bose will be seen as the Smiley killer Bramma, who has killed 12 young girls in a brutal manner and is currently under the observation of psychologists. He has no regrets about the murders. Arjun, on the other hand, doesn't believe in delaying justice to victims and has no qualms about taking the law into his own hands. Going by the trailer, it looks like the plot revolves around the hunt for Bramma.

Rahul Bose as psychopath killer
When it comes to negative roles, it sure seems to be a cakewalk for Rahul Bose. The actor plays a psychopath killer and will have the audience break into a cold sweat every time he appears on screen. The way he plays with a smiley ball and uses a smiley as his signature touch is something to look forward to.
Nayanthara and Jayam Ravi are back
Nayanthara and Jayam Ravi, who had the audience eating out of their hands in Thani Oruvan are back once again in Iraivan. And what's interesting is that the duo will team up for the sequel to Thani Oruvan, which will also have the lead cast reunite with Mohan Raja. The announcement was made recently.
Ravi and Ahmed's second outing
It is to be noted that the filmmaker and actor duo had earlier teamed up for Jana Gana Mana a few years ago. The film, which was billed as a spy thriller, was eventually shelved after the pandemic.

The star cast includes Jayam Ravi, Nayanthara, Rahul Bose, Ashish Vidyarthi, Naren, Charlie, Vinoth Kishan, Vijayalakshmi, Azhagam Perumal, Bugs and others. Music for the film is by Yuvan Shankar Raja. While the cinematography is by Hari K Vedanth, editing is by Manikanda Balaji. Iraivan is bankrolled by Passion Studios.
