Ira Khan- Nupur Shikhare wedding reception: From Shah Rukh Khan to Salman Khan to Katrina Kaif, Rekha to Hema Malini, Anil Kapoor to Naga Chaitanya, Sachin Tendulkar, grace the event

Today, all the roads are leading to NMACC (Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre), as that’s the place where all the ‘stars’ are descending. The reason? Today is the day when the wedding reception of Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan with fitness expert Nupur Shikhare is taking place. For the unversed, the lovely couple got married on January 3. 

As for Aamir Khan, he was seen in a black colour bandhgala, which was twinning with not just his son both Junaid, but also his son-in-law Nupur. On her part, Ira Khan chose to wear a wore a red and golden coloured lehenga for the grand occasion.

One could spot Aamir Khan aka the father of the bride, who was all smiles. Besides Aamir Khan, the grand wedding reception of Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare was also attended by his two sons Junaid Khan and Azaad. There was also Reena Dutta, the mother of Ira Khan, who too was all smiles as her daughter was getting married. It was really delightful to watch the entire family and their glorious presence in the event. Also present at the event were teh Bollywood superstars Ranbir Kapoor to Katrina Kaif, both of who, were dressed as elegant and poised to suit the occassion. 

Celebs attend the grand event
The grand event was attended by the who’s who of not just the film industry, but also from politics and sports. Bollywood’s evergreen actor Anil Kapoor, who was spotted at the event, was not just defying his age (as always), but also was looking extremely dapper in the suit that he had worn for the occasion.

Besides him, one could spot the ageless diva Rekha who was looking as stunning as ever, while attending the function. Rekha was seen along with Bollywood’s original dream girl Hema Malini, who was looking dazzling in the light lavender coloured saree. Besides Hema Malini, one could also spot her actress daughter Esha Deol, who was looking absolutely gorgeous in the bottle green saree.

Besides them, there was also the chirpy actress Juhi Chawla, Bollywood’s all-rounder Farhan Akhtar, the Gen-Next star Babil Khan, who was seen acknowledging everyone with his infectiously endearing smile, as always. Amongst all this, how could anyone miss the presence of the southern superstar Naga Chaitanya, who was looking as dashing as ever! 

Besides the Bollywood stars, one also could spot the political bigwig Raj Thackeray and his wife Sharmila Thackeray, and also Smriti Irani, who was looking extremely gracious. There were also the cricketing aces including the ‘Master Blaster’ Sachin Tendulkar and Zaheer Khan who graced the occasion.
