Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan and athlete Nupur Shikhare celebrated their wedding festivities with all kinds of emotions. Be it the Pyjama party, Sangeet night, or the lavish reception ceremony – The parties were spotted with stars from the entertainment industry and the close friends of the newly-wedded couple. The groom is feeling “very married” as he poses in style with his beautiful wife in the official pictures from the ceremony on social media.

Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare are now officially each other’s! The newlyweds are sharing unseen pictures that are bound to swoon you over their love. In a new social media post after marriage, fitness trainer Nupur Shikhare shared a carousel of pictures where they are exuding true Bollywood vibes. The duo celebrated their luxurious wedding reception on Saturday (13 January) graced by several Bollywood stars like Rekha, Hema Malini, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Rakul Preet, Genelia D-Souza-Riteish Deshmukh, and others.

Ira Khan, who is the daughter of popular actor Aamir Khan with ex-wife Reena Dutta celebrated the love of her life in several festivities. They initiated the ceremony with a simple marriage registration, followed by a Udaipur ceremony. Meanwhile, the star-studded reception party held at NMACC Mumbai was attended by several industry accolades and Aamir Khan’s costars.

In a carousel of pictures, fitness trainer Shikhare shared an adorable glimpse of their wedding poses as husband and wife with goofy facial expressions. In the first picture, Ira Khan is leaning on and is swept off her feet with hubby Shikhare. While the second picture is a contrasting pose with role reversal. Decked up in a bright red designer Lehenga, Ira Khan is looking gorgeous as a new bride and her groom looked handsome in a black sherwani.

"I want to be Very married with you bubs,” Nupur Shikhare wrote in the caption.

Soon the pictures garnered immense love from fans and friends. Amongst the cheerers is Ira’s cousin Zayn Marie as she dropped a black heart on the pictures. While fans were glad to finally get a glimpse of the couple in traditional wear rather than the peculiar outfits that swamped a wave of criticism on social media.

Ira Khan, who is the health foundation chief fell in love with her trainer and athlete Nupur Shikhare, and got engaged in 2022.
