A while ago, Karan Johar dropped a video from his film Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. The clip showed a glimpse of the duo dancing to their version of Dola Re Dola. They performed kathak to the song.
Celebrating the International Men's Day, KJo wrote, “हुनर का कोई जेंडर नहीं होता / hunar ka koi gender nahi hota. Today is dedicated to the real MVPs of our society – the men. But not just any (and definitely not EVERY) man…today is for the men who champion feminism. The ones who uplift humanity by advocating equity, equality & a more compassionate society for women & for everyone who just dare to be their true self."

He also shared that it can be men who can channel their inner dancers, or men who express their emotions without holding back.
“So that can be on the stage dancing your heart to Dola Re channelling your inner Madhuri & Aishwarya or it could be on the field expressing your emotions and gratitude after hitting the ball out of the park with your bat," he penned.
Karan also stated that it could be anything, everything, and also the very step that makes our society the place that many will thrive to be the next MVPs.
Reacting to the heartfelt post by KJo, one fan wrote, "One of the strongest moments in the film." Another commented, "My favorite part from this movie such a strong message." A third fan shared, "This is sooooo beautiful"
