Insidious: The Red Door is the last installment of the Insidious franchise

A poor start at the Box Office later, Patrick Wilson’s film Insidious: The Red Door is about to touch Rs. 10 crores gross in India. It took three days for the movie to come close to the mark. The net collections of the film are still under Rs. 8 crores.
Insidious is a popular franchise and the latest movie had got everyone curious. However, the film has failed to perform in India as expected.
Patrick’s film had a poor start of just above Rs. 2 crores. The collections were in that range for both Thursday and Friday.
On its third day i.e. Saturday, the movie’s collections went up by Rs. 1 crore net and nearly Rs. 2 crores gross. This took the net collections of the film to nearly Rs. 8 crores and the gross collections to above Rs. 9 crores.

Insidious: The Red Door is the direct sequel to the 2013 film, Insidious: Chapter 2. The film is the fifth in the franchise. The movie is the final installment of ‘the scream king’s Insidious.
