Indian Idol on Aha: Nani to make a special appearance, here's what we know

Indian Idol is one of the top shows in the country and the Telugu version was brought to us by the noted streaming platform AHA last year. Hosted by Hema Chandra, the show's second edition has received an overwhelming response as it perfectly hit the right chord with the audience, making Telugu Indian Idol a blockbuster hit.

Taking the legacy forward of celebrating the music, this new chapter, produced by Freemantle, is continuing its quest to find Telugu's next Indian Idol. The show is already casting a melodious spell on the audience with the episodes streamed have got solid response with the viewers.

To take things further, Aha has now roped in star hero Nani for a special episode on the show and he will promote his new film Dasara. Also, the Top 10 contestants will pay tribute to the legendary singer Late S. P. Balasubrahmanyam, with SP Charan, renowned singer and son of SPB, joining as a special guest.

The news is also that Nani will groove on the tunes of "Chamkeela Angeelesi" from Dasara alongside the judges. The duet episode also features a promising performance by 16-year-old Karthikeya, who caught Nani's attention, promising the young lad a chance to sing in one of his movies.
