Notably, Kamal Haasan admitted that he is more excited for Indian 3, the third installment in the franchise. The legend also added that he signed the project only because of the third installment and its premise, and this statement has left the cine-goers with mixed feelings.

Interestingly, Kamal Haasan added that he said Yes to the project solely because he fell in love with the storyline of Indian 3. The legendary actor also revealed that the third part of Shankar’s ambitious film will be released only after six months, and stated that he is a big fan of Part 3, not Part 2.

They also feel that the leading man’s comments have negatively impacted the film, and he sounded like he doesn’t believe in it.

Meanwhile, the fans of Kamal Haasan and the neutral audience are defending the legend, pointing out that he never mentioned he dislikes the second installment. They also added how Ulaganayagan has always spoken his mind regarding his films. The fans added that the legend is excited about Indian 3, which is majorly set in the early 1900s, and he plays the role of Senapathi's father.
