Indian 2 is one of the much-anticipated films from Tamil cinema this year. The makers had conducted an audio launch event, with the film’s star ensemble gracing the event. If you were not able to attend the event, here is where and when you can stream it. The much-awaited audio launch event of the upcoming Tamil film Indian 2, is finally going to premiere on SunNXT app and will also be available on OTTplay Premium.
The Indian 2 audio launch function took on a grand scale in Chennai. Following this, the event will be streamed on Sun TV on July 7, Sunday. The event will also be streamed on SunNXT app after the TV premiere, after 6.30pm as well as OTTplay Premium.
Indian 2 is set to release in theatres on July 12. The film is directed by Shankar and is sequel to the 1996 vigilante action film Indian. The first instalment featured Kamal Haasan as freedom fighter Senapathy who turns into a vigilante and fights against corruption. While AR Rahman scored music for Indian, Anirudh Ravichander is the composer for sequel.
Indian 2 will feature Siddharth, SJ Suryah, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Kalidas Jayaram, Gulshan Grover, Nedumudi Venu, Vivek, Samuthirakani, Bobby Simha, Guru Somasundaram, Delhi Ganesh, Jayaprakash, Manobala, Vennela Kishore and Deepa Shankar, among others.
The makers of Indian 2 have also revealed that the third part has also been shot. A release date for the film is yet to be announced. However, Kamal Haasan recently said that he prefers Indian 3 over Indian 2, and in fact the third installment is the reason why he chose to do the second part.
