After a good bowling display by Team India, fans expected a good batting performance against Pakistan in the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2022 clash on Sunday.
The Men in Blue restricted Pakistani batters to 159 runs, but coming in to chase, openers, KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma did not stand up to everyone's expectations.
Starting off their innings, the Indian team managed to dodge the attack of Pakistan's Shaheen Afridi.
However, the second over saw KL Rahul lose his wicket to Naseem Shah and Rohit Sharma follow him in the 4th over to Haris Rauf.
Soon after netizens took to Twitter to slam the players, especially KL Rahul, comparing him to former India opener Virender Sehwag.
Talking about the clash, Indian lost 4 wickets and scored 100+ runs after 16 overs. Virat Kohli and Hardik Pandya are currently at the crease and the Indian side needs to score boundries if they want to win the game from here.
