With barely a day left before the commencement of the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup 2023 Final, cricket lovers can’t keep calm! The much-awaited cricket match will be held tomorrow, November 19, at the Narendra Modi Stadium. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Australia's Deputy Prime Minister Richard Marles will be among those present at the stadium. Ahead of the match, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has released the official ‘entertainment’ schedule. Here’s what is in store.

Pritam, Jonita Gandhi’s performance confirmed; Dua Lipa to be absent

The BCCI today released the official entertainment schedule which is inclusive of stellar performances.

Before the match, the Surya Kiran aerobatic team of the Indian Air Force will conduct an air show. Later, in the first innings break, the ‘Khalasi’ singer Aditya Gadhvi promises to mesmerize the audience with his presence. Afterward, legendary singers Jonita Gandhi, Pritam Chakraborty, and many others will entertain the audience with their soulful musical performances. Towards the end, during the second innings break, there will be a laser and a light show.

With this schedule, it is officially confirmed that the final of the match promises to be the entertainer of the year.

If you are a news junkie, you might observe that Hollywood singing sensation Dua Lipa’s name is not mentioned anywhere. With this announcement, it is confirmed that Dua Lipa will neither be performing nor arriving to watch the sporting event. Earlier, reports claimed that Dua would be performing at the sporting event.

India Vs Australia World Cup 2023 Final

The stage is set for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 final between India and Australia at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday. The ICC has named Richard Illingworth and Richard Kettleborough, both from England, as the on-field umpires for this crucial match. Illingworth previously officiated in the semifinal between India and New Zealand, while Kettleborough was in charge during the semifinal clash between Australia and South Africa.
