Bhamakalapam 2 is finally out in the open and has made a positive start on Aha. The heist thriller features Priyamani and Saranya Pradeep in lead roles and has been directed by Abhimanyu. Prashanth R Vihari has composed music for this film, which is the sequel to Aha's Bhamakalapam.
The makers have also announced Bhamakalapam 3 and all those who have watched the sequel have only good things to say about the film. Saryanya Pradeep plays Priyamani's maid in the film and her role is also being praised a lot.
Saranya is high on the success of Suhas's Ambajipeta Marriage Band where she played a key role and now, she has given yet another hit with Bhamakalapam 2. Speaking about the same, Saranya says that though their team was confident about the sequel, they still had reservations as to how the audience would receive this heist drama based on female leads.
"We are super thrilled with the response to the sequel. I am receiving a lot of calls for my role in the film and such solid feedback gives me a lot of confidence to do versatile roles in the future," says Saranya. Priyamani plays Anupama, a YouTuber, who runs a restaurant and gets embroiled in a heist. Her performance is also one of the biggest highlights of the film.
Saranya says she had a lot of fun working with Priyamani and learned a lot from the award-winning actress. The upcoming actress also speaks about the third part and tells us that the scale of Bhamakalapam 3 will be bigger this time. Aha has been churning out some interesting films and Bhamakalapam has given them a lot of exposure for their platform.
The first part showcased Anupama committing a crime and getting out of it. In the sequel, the story moves to a gated community and Anupama is asked to rob a costly hen that had crores of drugs on it. All this has been showcased interestingly by director Abhimanyu. We need to see what he has in store for us in the third part. Watch this space for more.
