Hungama Hai Kyon Barpa teaser: Netflix drops another intriguing promo from Ray

Netflix has released yet another promo video from its upcoming anthology titled Ray. The new promo video titled Hungama Hai Kyon Barpa is one of the stories by Satyajit Ray that has been adapted into a short series.

Hungama Hai Kyon Barpa stars Manoj Bajpayee and Gajraj Rao in the pivotal characters. The teaser glimpses multiple encounters of the duo in the railway compartment at different times. Gajraj plays the character of Aslam Baig and Manoj appears to be in multiple characters including Raju Shahwani and Musafir Ali. While Gajraj remembers Manoj and tries to remember where they’ve met, Manoj tries to gather the memory as well. Gajraj’s Aslam also talks about a pocket watch called ‘Khushbakht’ which means a lucky charm that sparkles Manoj’s characters' eyes.

Soon after thd promo released, the OTT giant shared the video on its social media handles. The Instagram caption reads: "Two days till we see @bajpayee.manoj and @gajrajrao in #Ray! The clock is ticking and we cannot wait."

It also stars Shweta Basu Prasad and Anindita Bose in significant roles. While, on Tuesday, Kay Kay Menon starrer Bahrupiya teaser also dropped that tells the story of an obsessive art enthusiast, who works in a computer firm but considers himself the best makeup artist. Ray’s four timeless stories in the highly anticipated anthology will unfold on June 25 on Netflix.
