BTS' primary vocalist, Jeon Jungkook, has been on an impressive journey since the commencement of the group's "2nd chapter," necessitated by members taking breaks for military service. The youngest member of the septet expressed his aspiration to become a versatile pop star, exploring various genres beyond K-pop during an appearance on Suga's variety program, 'Suchwita.'

Jungkook has remained true to his words, delivering on the promises he made to his devoted fans, affectionately known as 'ARMY.'

As he prepares to unveil his forthcoming solo album, 'Golden,' in November, it's an opportune moment to reflect on his solo works and chart-topping collaborations with artists he admires, showcasing his versatility and talent.

Dreamers:

Jungkook's song was featured on the official soundtrack of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. It was unveiled on November 20 to coincide with the first match and the opening ceremony of the tournament. This remarkable performance marked the first time a K-pop artist had the honour of gracing the grand stage.

During the performance, Jungkook captivated the audience in his sleek all-black suit, surrounded by background dancers. To add to the spectacle, Fahad Al Kubaisi, clad in traditional Qatari clothing, joined Jungkook midway through the show, leaving a lasting impression on fans and spectators alike.

Left and Right:

Fans were pleasantly surprised to witness a collaboration between two artists, Charlie Puth and Jungkook who admire each other. This delightful duet marked their second collaboration, with their first performance of "We Don't Talk Anymore" taking place at the Genie Music Awards in 2018.

The single achieved significant success, reaching number 22 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States. Notably, it made a striking debut at number five on the Billboard Global 200, securing the artists their first top-10 entries on this chart. Furthermore, the song received Platinum certification in Canada and Gold certification in the United States.

Seven:

In 2023, Jungkook made his solo debut with the release of "Seven," featuring Latto. This single achieved remarkable success, shattering streaming and chart records. It made an astonishing debut at number one on the Billboard Hot 100, the Global 200, and the Global Excl. US charts, marking a historic milestone as he became the first Korean solo artist to accomplish this feat.

"Seven" also took the daily Global Spotify Chart by storm, amassing nearly 16 million streams on its opening day. These numbers set a new record for male artists and collaborations, representing the largest debut in 2023 and making it a groundbreaking achievement.

3D:

Following his successful debut single, Jungkook's subsequent release, "3D," featuring Jack Harlow, ascended to the top five on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. This achievement marked Jungkook as the first K-pop solo artist to secure two consecutive top-five entries on the UK Singles Chart.

"3D" continued its victorious journey, earning a first-place trophy on the October 5, 2023, episode of M Countdown. Additionally, it clinched the Melon Popularity Award for the week concluding on October 9.

Too Much:

Jungkook is poised to make waves once more through a collaboration with The Kid LAROI and Central Cee on their upcoming single, "Too Much," set to release on October 20.

This new single will mark an exciting addition to LAROI's much-anticipated debut studio album, "The First Time." Recently, LAROI shared a photo of himself alongside Jungkook on his Instagram page, building anticipation for the upcoming release.
