Hisaab Barabar Trailer OUT: R. Madhavan looks promising as he uncovers banking scam in upcoming satirical thriller

ZEE5 announced a new satirial thriller film, titled, Hisaab Barabar. Written and directed by Ashwni Dhir, the film stars R. Madhavan in the lead role. The plot will show how Madhavan's character unravels a huge banking scam. Ahead of the release, the makers dropped the captivating trailer on their social media pages.

ZEE5 shared the trailer of Hisaab Barabar on their social media accounts. The two-minute-38-second-long trailer shows R. Madhavan as Radhe Mohan Sharma. He is a meticulous and honest civil servant, a ticker checker, who is particular about his finances. When a colleague requested him to file an IT return, Sharma initially hesitated, pointing out that he was not a CA. However, he agrees to help and the bank's fraudulent practices get exposed and the amount is Rs. 2400 crore. 

The trailer also shows the institution’s owner, Mickey Mehta, played by Neil Nitin Mukesh. Promised to recover the stolen money, Sharma files a complaint against the bank and this makes him go against a powerful banker, Mickey.

The tagline of the trailer reads, “System hilne wala hai, scammers darne wale hai. Ab ek aam aadmi karega #HisaabBarabar” (The system is about to shake, scammers will be scared. Now, an ordinary man will bring balance).

Hisaab Barabar also stars Kirti Kulhari, Rashami Desai, Sukumar Tudu and Sachin Viddrrohi in key roles. The film is produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Sharad Patel and Shreyanshi Patel.

Speaking about Hisaab Barabar, Madhavan said in a statement, "I'm absolutely thrilled to be part of Hisaab Barabar, my first venture with ZEE5! Playing Radhe Mohan Sharma has been such a fun challenge ' he's an ordinary man thrown into an extraordinary situation, and the journey he goes through is nothing short of a rollercoaster."

He also added that Hisaab Barabar is a film that will appeal to people across all age groups and genders as it is the story of a common man and his fight against systematic corruption and he also insists that people come together to watch this real and relevant story as Radhe's perseverance and resilience is sure to inspire many.
