The team behind Nani, Mrunal Thakur’s Hi Nanna has put its heart and soul into the film’s promotional campaign lasting over a month. With barely a day left for its release, the makers are giving it a final push with the launch of the fifth single Idhe Idhe tomorrow. The song will be launched at 11 am tomorrow. Hesham Abdul Wahab composes music for the emotional drama, directed by Shouryuv.

“Experience a haunting vibe with this mesmerizing song. The heart pumping #IdheIdhe from #HiNanna will be out tomorrow at 11AM,” Vyra Entertainments tweeted this evening. A pleasant poster featuring the film’s lead actors Nani, Mrunal and Baby Kiara amidst a floral backdrop was released by the team. One can’t wait to see if the number will be able to match up to the quality of the other released songs.

For the unversed, Hi Nanna’s mellifluous album has gone a long way in spreading the word about the film. Songs like Odiyamma, Gaaju Bomma, Ammadi and Samayama, have won over music buffs across languages in recent weeks. Music is always the lifeline of romance/family dramas and Nani’s choice to rope in Hesham for the film has given it a huge edge.

Several celebrities in the film industry have come together for Hi Nanna’s promotional interviews - the list runs long, including director Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Saindhav team Sailesh Kolanu and Venkatesh. Other interviews in this series were hosted by Priyadarshi and Suma. From visiting colleges to travelling across states and interacting with fans, the team has used every trick in the book for promotions.

Nani, who was in Bengaluru today, will be heading to the US later this week. Hi Nanna (December 7) locks horns with Nithiin, Sreeleela starrer Extra Ordinary Man (which releases a day later) this weekend. Both films were to release for Christmas initially but were advanced by a couple of weeks to avoid a clash with Prabhas’ actioner Salaar (December 21).
