Has the Anusha Shetty starrer been called off due to director Krish's drug case, here's the clarity - Exclusive

A few days ago, news came out that Tollywood director Krish had been named in a drug scandal that rocked Tollywood. A big racked was caught in a five-star hotel and news is that Krish was also consuming drugs at that time. A case was filed against him and as Krish was out of town, the word spread that he was hiding from the cops.

This led to new speculations that he is going to be jailed for good and his new film with Anushka Shetty which is on floors as of now has hit a roadblock and has been called off as only a few days of shoot were done. We have come to know from our sources that the film is pretty much on.

Krish drugs case latest update

Krish is back in Hyderabad and has appeared before the cops. His urine and blood samples were also sent to the lab and news has come out that the doctors did not find any traces of drugs. This is a huge relief for the director who has a very good image in the public. His name being associated with the drug mafia sent shock waves in the industry.

Krish-Pawan Kalyan's Hari Hara Veera Mallu update

Krish has been directing Pawan Kalyan's Hari Hara Veera Mallu. The film has been in the making for the last three years and is yet to be wrapped up. This has taken a toll on Krish and he went into depression and got addicted to drugs the reports making the rounds.

But sources close to him say that Krish is away from all this and he pretty well knew about the delay in the Pawan Kalyan film. As there is a lot of time for Pawan Kalyan to get back after his political commitments, Krish has gone ahead and started working on his new film with Anushka Shetty.

Well, now that he is out from all these controversies, the film's shoot will get back on set confirms the source. The said project is tentatively titled Seelavathi and has Anushka in a lead role. Watch this space for more updates on this project.
