Has Avengers: Endgame movie’s action coordinator Chris Barnes come on board for Salman Khan’s Tiger 3?

After the success of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Bollywood megastar Salman Khan is all set to arrive at the theatres with his action film, Tiger 3. In May this year, the 57-year-old actor revealed that he has completed the 'hectic shoot' for Tiger 3 and the next installment of the hit franchise will be out this Diwali.

And now, to make the upcoming action film even more special, the makers of Tiger 3 under the production banner – Yash Raj Films (YRF) – have onboarded top Hollywood action coordinator Chris Barnes, who has worked on Marvel’s historic hit Avengers: Endgame.

A source close to news agency IANS confirmed the development and said, “YRF Spy Universe is the coolest film franchise that we have in India today and Tiger 3 will bring its own, unique flavour to the spy franchise that will be remarkably distinct from Pathaan or War franchises.”

“Action is the mainstay for these action entertainers and of course YRF and (Tiger 3 director) Maneesh Sharma are going to go all out to give audiences a film that they won’t forget! Such moves only indicate their intention to give people a never seen before theatrical experience,” the source added.

Barnes is likely to coordinate the action sequence between megastars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan in the film. With this move, the makers aim that movie buffs get a new taste of action-driven sequences than what they saw in Pathaan.

The source told IANS, “We know that Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are going to come together again in Tiger 3 and (producer) Aditya Chopra & director Maneesh Sharma are clear that the impact of this epic action sequence on the minds of audiences should be a few notches higher than what they saw in Pathaan!”

However, only time will confirm whether Chris Barnes has anything to his credit for the action film, Tiger 3.

Tiger 3 will also feature popular actors Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi. It is the fifth installment in the YRF Spy Universe (Ek Tha Tiger (2012), Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), War (2019), and Pathaan (2023)).
