Hari Hara Veera Mallu - Is Pawan Kalyan-starrer eyeing THIS release date? Here’s what we know

Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming period drama Hari Hara Veera Mallu, which is currently in the production stage, is yet to announce its release date. However, the latest grapevine suggests that the makers of the film are eyeing a Sankranthi release. The latest Telugu reports hint that the film might be released on Sankranthi 2025.  

Due to the actor’s busy political schedule, the movie still has some pending portions to be shot and move on to its VFX as well as post-production works. Going by the film’s status right now, the film might be released on Sankranthi 2025.

Interestingly, not just Pawan Kalyan’s period drama, other movies are also gearing up for release on Sankranthi. The period drama will have to compete with Prabhas-starrer The Raja Saab and Chiranjeevi-starrer Vishwambhara at the box office. Looks like Sankranthi 2025 has some of the biggest stars’ releases for Telugu audiences!

Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, the upcoming period drama is set in the Mughal Era, where outlaw Veera Mallu (played by Pawan Kalyan) is tasked with the job of stealing the Koh-i-Noor diamond from the Mughals. Earlier, the makers of the film had shared a promo video unveiling Pawan Kalyan's look and the visual style of the epic movie. Pawan has reportedly undergone special martial arts training to play the character. The film also stars Nidhhi Agerwal, Bobby Deol and Nargis Fakhri in pivotal roles. The film's score and soundtrack are composed by MM Keeravani, while Gnana Shekar V S is handling the cinematography. Sai Madhav Burra penned the dialogues for the film.

Pawan Kalyan’s other delayed projects

 Not just Hari Hara Veera Mallu, Pawan Kalyan’s other films Ustaad Bhagat Singh and OG are also yet to hit the big screens. The actor was last seen in Bro (2023).
