Think of Nora Fatehi and the first thing that comes to mind is her energetic dance moves, right? Well, we couldn’t agree more either. This Canadian actress started off with a role in the Hindi film Roar: Tiger of the Sundarbans. However, it was her powerful dance moves that made the 32-year-old Bollywood’s much-loved dancing sensation and how. Read on to learn more.

1. Kamariya (Stree)

Nora's powerful performance not only left everyone in awe, but her unparalleled charm also made a few hearts skip a beat. People still mimic her hook moves. Directed by Amar Kaushik and based on a real-life phenomenon, Stree gained immense popularity. This song in the horror comedy was sung by Divya Kumar, Jigar Saraiya, Sachin Sanghvi, and Aastha Gill. Thanks to Nora’s charm and confidence in capturing audience attention, the song has had a whopping 356 million views on YouTube since its inception.

2. Dilbar (Satyameva Jayate)

Another Nora Fatehi dance number that broke the internet was Satyameva Jayate’s Dilbar. Her captivating moves with the leading man, John Abraham, set the screen ablaze. Interestingly enough, the song is a refurbished version of Sushmita Sen's memorable dance track from her 1999 movie, Sirf Tum. However, if Sushmita Sen and Sanjay Kapoor won hearts in the original, Nora certainly left no stone unturned with her seductive belly dance moves in the new version and helped get 569 million views on YouTube. It is also one of the most played songs in clubs and parties.

3. O Saki Saki (Batla House)

There can never be a dull moment with Nora Fatehi around. Don’t believe us? Well, aptly termed 2019’s hottest dance anthem, ‘O Saki Saki’ from Batla House, made everyone sit up and take notice of the dancing queen Nora Fatehi. ‘O Saki Saki', sung by Tulsi Kumar, Neha Kakkar and B Praak, made everyone groove to its beats.

4. Lagdi Lahore Di (Street Dancer 3D)

An out-and-out dance movie with very flexible dancers putting on a fantastic performance—that was the Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor-starrer Street Dancer 3D for you. The duo matched steps and how; however, the true star of this Remo D'Souza-directed film was none other than our birthday girl, Nora Fatehi. The self-taught dance diva Nora really stole the limelight with her terrific steps in Lagdi Lahore Di. Full marks to Remo for elevating the film’s visual quotient in an easy and effortless manner. The song got 475M views on YouTube.

5. Garmi (Street Dancer 3D)

Another foot-tapping dance number from Street Dancer 3D, Garmi, sung by Neha Kakkar and Badshah, got the perfect dancer in Nora Fatehi. Nora’s compelling expressions and equally powerful moves raised the temperature in theatres by many notches. It is not surprising that the song received upwards of 441 million YouTube views.

6. Jehda Nasha (An Action Hero)

Directed by Anirudh Iyer and featuring Bollywood’s unconventional hero, Ayushmann Khurrana, this film stood out for its dynamic dance moves in Jehda Nasha by none other than Nora Fatehi. Amar Jalal, IP Singh, Yohani, and Harjot Kaur have sung this beautiful song, which is made even more interesting by Nora’s realistic expressions and moves on the big screen. The song has 96 million views on YouTube and counting!

7. Manike (Thank God)

Another hot favourite, especially on Instagram stories, was the dance number Manike from the movie Thank God. A superlative dance performance by Nora Fatehi, the song showcased sizzling dance moves by Nora and Siddharth Malhotra, topping almost every music chart of the year. Sung by Yohani, Jubin Nautiyal and Surya Ragunaathan, the song garnered 85 million YouTube views.

8. Naah

Starring Harrdy Sandhu and Nora Fatehi, the song Naah was released in 2017 and became a super hit shortly after its release. With 609 million YouTube views, it is said to be one of the most popular songs played at parties.
