Hanu Man is one of the most awaited films as it is a superhero project and has been written and directed by the award winning filmmaker Prashanth Varma. The film has been in the making for over one year and is all set to release on January 12, 2023.
The post-release business is in full swing and the OTT rights are on offer as leading platforms have made a beeline to grab the deal. But the makers are in no mood to sell the rights for a low price.
We have come to know that Zee 5 have bagged the OTT rights of the film for Rs 16 crore. Now, the news is also that the makers, Niranjan Reddy is expecting more money for his superhero film. He is expecting just over Rs 20 crore as per the news.
The ace producer has spent a bomb on the film even though it has a relatively new actor, Teja Sajja playing the main lead. Hanu Man is being distributed by Pen Studios and has completed its shoot. The film was postponed once as the post-production works of the film were not wrapped up.
A few days back, there was news going around that the makers are in plans to postpone the film. But the makers slammed the reports and revealed that Hanu Man will release on the said date and time.
Hanu Man is set in the hilly town of Anjanadri revolving around an adventurous youngster played by Teja Sajja. Tamil actor Vinay Rai is playing the main villain in this film which is being produced by K Niranjan Reddy under Primeshow Entertainment and presented by Chaitanya. Shivendra cranks the camera while the screenplay is written by Prashanth Varma himself.
