Rana Daggubati has released the bilingual movie's first look poster

There were reports of GV Prakash and Aishwarya Rajesh joining hands for an untitled flick which has Anand Ravichandran at the helm. The two actors indulged in a Twitter banter earlier today, hinting at the plot of the movie, without giving away much details.
The makers had announced that the official announcement on the film will be made today evening. Vijay Sethupathi has now unveiled its motion poster while Rana Daggubati has released its first look. Tipped as a rom-com, the project has been titled DeAr. Aishwarya plays Deepika and GV plays Arjun and hence the title.
Going by the motion poster and first look, the film revolves around the conflict between the two actors' characters who will be seen as a couple in it. Aishwarya's Deepika suffers from a snoring problem and this leaves Arjun sleepless almost everyday. How the duo deals with the issue forms the rest of the story.
Varun Tripuraneni, Abhishek Ramisetty and G Pruthviraj have bankrolled the movie which will be released in Tamil and Telugu. Jagadeesh Sundaramurthy has cranked the camera for DeAr which has editing handled by Rukesh and Pragatheeswaran in charge of art direction. Ramkumar and Azhar have choreographed action scenes and dance sequences respectively.
The release date of DeAr is expected to be announced later. This will be GV Prakash's first release as an actor this year if at all makers decide to take it to theatres in 2023. He has also composed music for the movie. As a composer, he has already had Vaathi and Rudhran this year.
Aishwarya Rajesh, on the other hand, had Soppana Sundari, The Great Indian Kitchen and Run Baby Run this year. Her fourth outing in 2023, Farhana, will be released on May 12.
