Actor Prithviraj Sukumaran's latest Malayalam film, Guruvayoor Ambalanadayil, is now available for streaming online. If you missed watching the film in theatres, you can now catch the light-hearted entertainer on Disney+ Hotstar. The film will be available in its original version in Malayalam and with English subtitles. You can also watch the movie in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada.

Prithviraj Sukumaran, who has delivered a variety of roles in the past, has stunned us with his diversity this year. After headlining the survival drama Aadujeevitham, Prithviraj came back with a light-hearted entertainer in the form of Guruvayoor Ambalanadayil. If you missed watching the film in theatres, you can stream it on Disney+ Hotstar right now. The film is available in 5 languages, including Malayalam, along with Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada.

The film, which stars Prithviraj Sukumaran and Basil Joseph in the lead roles, collected over Rs. 90 crore from the worldwide box office. It is directed by Vipin Das, who has previously helmed Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey, which had Basil Joseph and Darshana Rajendran in lead roles.

The family entertainer marks Prithviraj’s maiden collaboration with Vipin Das and Basil Joseph. The film revolves around a wedding. It is about Vinu Ramachandran, who works abroad and is struggling to move on from his ex-girlfriend, who left him and married another man. However, he soon gets engaged to a woman named Anjali through an arranged match and develops a brotherly bond with his fiancé’s elder brother, Anandan, who is a short-tempered man. However, things take a hilarious turn after Vinu returns to his hometown for the wedding.

Actors Nikhila Vimal, Anaswara Rajan, Jagadish, Yogi Babu (in his Malayalam debut), Baiju Santhosh, Rekha, PP Kunhikrishnan, Ramesh Kottayam, and Irshad are also part of the cast. The technical crew consists of cinematographer Neeraj Revi, with Ankit Menon scoring the music. The movie is jointly produced by Prithviraj Productions and E4 Entertainment. The film hit theatres on May 16 and opened to positive reviews.
