Gulshan Devaiah and Saiyami Kher’s 8 A.M. Metro is finally up for an OTT release. The film, which was out in theatres on May 19, 2023, has found its way on the web. Gulshan announced when and where can the viewers experience the saga of the unusual friendship between Preetam and Iravati. Helmed by Raj Rachakonda, 8 A.M. Metro is the story of the two lead characters who meet on a railway platform.

So, where can you watch 8 A.M. Metro?

8 A.M. Metro has been acquired by Zee5. The film will be out on the platform pretty soon.

When?

In less than a week, the viewers will get to watch Gulshan and Saiyami’s unusual friendship saga. The film will release on Zee5 on May 10. What’s more? It is available for a free watch.

Sharing the information on Instagram, Gulshan wrote, “Yeh kahaani hai doh anjaan logon ki jo rojmarra ke safar mein bann gaye pakke dost!”

More about the movie

The Raj Rachakonda directorial is about Preetam, played by Gulshan, meeting and striking up a conversation with Iravati (Saiyami Kher). She gets panic attacks inside trains, while he is depressed and haunted by his past. The two get an opportunity to explore more about themselves and the other during their train journey from Nanded to Hyderabad. The film received fairly good reviews back when it released in 2023.

Apart from Gulshan and Saiyami, 8 A.M. Metro stars Kalpika Ganesh, Umesh Kamat, Nimisha Nair, Dheer Charan Srivastav, Jay Jha, Madhu Swaminath and Saurabh Dixit. The movie was made on an estimated budget of Rs. 4 crores and was mainly shot inside a train.

The announcement for 8 A.M. Metro comes a day after Sonali Bendre-Shriya Pilgaonkar-Jaideep Ahlawat’s The Broken News S2 release. Both The Broken News 2 as well as 8 A.M. Metro can be viewed on Zee5 as well as OTTplay Premium from May 10.
