Namma Kiccha Sudeep is quite the funster, a side of him that he frequently shows his fan following on X, the social media platform that he’s active on. Off late, Sudeep has begun interacting with his fans even more by having impromptu #AskKichcha sessions, while waiting at the airport or between shots. Every question may not get an answer, but the Kannada star tries his best to address as many in the given time.

The most recent #AskKichcha session had a bunch of queries about the progress of his films and how soon audiences will get to see him onscreen again, apart from wanting him to comment about other popular stars. Sudeep was definitely in a good mood, given that most of his replies were jovial, with one in particular catching everyone’s eye. The actor was asked about his favourite actor in Telugu cinema and his response was “that actor who played the negative role in Eega”.

Now, if you’ve been following Sudeep’s career, you’d know that the actor cheekily referred to himself as his favourite, which, not only made for a fun answer, but also avoided any online fan wars if he’d named any 1 actor over another. Sudeep, meanwhile, is currently busy with the final schedule of his next, Max, which is being shot in Mahabalipuram.

The actor will soon also head to play cricket as part of the 10th edition of the Celebrity Cricket League, which kickstarts on February 23. When asked about his preparation for the tournament, Sudeep, who is particular about putting in several training sessions ahead of such events, said that his current shooting schedule has not allowed him time to join the team. Until a few weeks ago, the actor’s weekends were taken up by Bigg Boss Kannada hosting duties and now CCL beckons.
