Disney+ Hotstar will soon have access to Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. On August 2, three months after its theatrical release, the third and final instalment of James Gunn's Guardians trilogy will be made accessible to all subscribers.

The film begins with Peter Quill (Chris Pratt) assembling the gang for a quest to rescue Rocket's (Bradley Cooper) life and also stars Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, and Pom Klementieff. Vin Diesel plays Groot, Sean Gunn portrays Kraglin, Chukwudi Iwuji plays the High Evolutionary, Will Poulter portrays Adam Warlock, and Maria Bakalova plays Cosmo in the film.

After its May 5, 2023, theatrical debut, Marvel Cinematic Universe fans have been eagerly awaiting the film's streaming release. Recent trends on the streaming platform have shown longer wait times before films become available to stream. Among these are Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, which debuted on the OTT service roughly 90 days after its theatrical debut, and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, which debuted about 80 days after it was released in theatres.

Over $840 million was made from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 at the international box office, making it the year's second-highest-grossing picture after The Super Mario Bros. Movie.

After August 2, fans will be able to binge all three volumes of Guardians on Disney+ Hotstar, completing their collection.

Upon its release, many fans called Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 the best Marvel movie in years. Throughout its two hours and 30 minutes of running time, the movie featured funny, emotional, and action-packed sequences that kept viewers glued to the big screen.

Moviegoers can catch Brie Larson as Captain Marvel, Iman Vellani as Ms. Marvel, and Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambuea in the next MCU film, The Marvels, which opens in theatres on November 10.
