Good Bad Ugly, the upcoming Tamil film starring Ajith Kumar in the lead role, has finally locked its release date. The film is all set to hit theatres on April 10, 2025. Directed by Adhik Ravichandran, the film is produced by Mythri Movie Makers.

We had earlier reported that Good Bad Ugly is a Tamil film which will be helmed by director Adhik Ravichandran. The film marks his first time directing Ajith Kumar. When the film was first launched, it was announced that Good Bad Ugly would come out for Pongal 2025. However, now, the latest update is that Good Bad Ugly has got a new release window.

Yes, you read it right. Good Bad Ugly will be released on April 10 in cinemas. Good Bad Ugly is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and has music by GV Prakash Kumar replacing Devi Sri Prasad. Actors Arjun Das, Prasanna, and Trisha are also part of the film.
Much about Good Bad Ugly has not been shared by the makers so far. It is shot by cinematographer Abinandhan Ramanujam with Vijay Velukutty editing it. Good Bad Ugly’s posters released earlier have certainly piqued the curiosity of scores of fans.
When will Ajith’s Vidaamuyarchi release?
Vidaamuyarchi, starring Ajith and directed by Magizh Thirumeni, was slated to be a Pongal release. However, on New Year’s Eve, the makers chose to announce that the film would not be hitting big screens for the festival as announced.
Lyca Production is backing the film, with Anirudh Ravichander as the composer. A new release date for the film is yet to be announced by the makers.
Vidaamuyarchi is expected to release in 2025, but given major star films are also in the waiting this year like Vikram’s Veera Dheera Sooran in January, Thug Life starring Kamal Haasan in June, and Thalapathy 69 in October, the makers of Vidaamuyarchi have extra efforts to put in to find a profitable release date.
