Satyadev Kancharana is among the handful of extremely talented actors to have found his groove in mainstream Telugu cinema with a flurry of projects in the recent past. The actor, who's already proved his mettle in the OTT space and feature films, is getting ready for another theatrical release. Godse, his upcoming film with director Gopi Ganesh Pattabhi, in which Aishwarya Lekshmi plays the female lead, is set to hit the screens shortly. Earlier today, the makers confirmed that Godse will release worldwide on May 20.

Confirming the news, the makers wrote, "饾悊饾惃饾悵饾惉饾悶 Mission starts on May 20. #Godse #GodseOnMay20 #GodseTheFilm." In a release date announcement poster released by the team, Satyadev, dressed in a black-and-white coat is holding two guns in both his hands in an intense pose, with mild injuries on his face as well. Ganesh has written the story, screenplay and dialogues for the film, bankrolled by C Kalyan under CKS Screens.

The film marks Aishwarya Lekshmi's debut in Telugu cinema, after having carved her niche across the Malayalam and Tamil industries. Noel Sean, Priyadarshi, Chaitanya Krishna, Pawan Santhosh, Guru Charan, Brahmaji, Naga Babu play supporting roles in the film whose teaser was unveiled by actor Chiranjeevi a few weeks ago. Sunil Kashyap is composing the music for the film which will have cinematography by Suresh Sarangam. 

Sagar Undagandla is the editor of film while Nabha is roped in as the action director. Brahma Kadali is the art director and CV Rao is the executive producer respectively. Ramajogaiah Sastry has penned the lyrics. The OTT partner for Godse hasn't been announced yet. Aditya Music has bought the music rights for the same.
