Gippy Grewal’s Carry on Jatta 3 is all set to hit theatres on June 29

Carry on Jatta is one of the most prominent movie franchises in the Punjabi film industry. The latest addition to the now-iconic storyline is Carry on Jatta 3, which stars Punjabi superstars Gippy Grewal, Binnu Dhillon, and Sonam Bajwa in lead roles.

Having had three instalments so far, which is a rare feat in Punjabi cinema, the trailer for the movie is now live and gives a sneak peek into what audiences can expect from one of the biggest Punjabi movie releases of the year.

The movie is a comedy through and through, as the lead character, Jass, played by Gippy Grewal, does whatever he can to woo his love interest, who is played by Sonam Bajwa.

Jass creates an elaborate plan that triggers some hilarious events, all of which are chaotic to say the least, and promise to have the audience in peals of laughter as the movie progresses.

If the initial reactions to the movie’s trailer are anything to go by, then it looks set to do well at the box office, considering the love that audiences have showered on the previous two instalments of the franchise: Carry on Jatta and Carry on Jatta 2.

Carry on Jatta is written by Naresh Kathooria, Shreya Srivastava, and Vaibhav Suman, with direction by Smeep Kang and Nasir Zaman. The movie is produced by Gippy Grewal and Ravneet Kaur Grewal under the Humble Motion Pictures banner. The film also stars Gurpreet Ghuggi, Jaswinder Bhalla, Karamjit Anmol, Shinda Grewal, Nasir Chinyoti, Kavita Kaushik, Harby Sangha, BN Sharma, and Rupinder Rupi.
