Carry On Jatta 3 is successfully running in theatres till date. Despite that, the makers have announced its OTT release date. The film will be available digitally from September 7, 2023.

The Punjabi film will start streaming on Chaupal TV from September 7. The platform is dedicated to Punjabi content and the rights of Carry On Jatta 3 are sold to Chaupal TV. Gippy Grewal made the big announcement on his social media pages.

Carry On Jatta 3 is helmed by Smeep Kang. The film also stars Shinda Grewal, BN Sharma, Kavita Kaushik and Gurpreet Ghuggi apart from Sonam Bajwa and Gippy Grewal. The original film starred Mahie Gill as the female lead and Sonam stepped in for the second installment of the movie.

The movie released in theatres on June 29, 2023. Much like the previous installments, Carry On Jatta 3 received instant love. This time though, it has broken records and become the most loved Punjabi film of the year.

What is it about?

Carry On Jatta has been a story about Jass, played by Gippy Grewal. He has a friend in Honey (Gurpreet Guggi) who helps him with girl situations. While in the first film, Jass pretended he doesn’t have a family because of his girl, Mahie, the second movie saw him in the role of an orphan while Meet (Sonam) wanted to marry a man with a huge family. Thus, Jass gathers people to pretend like they are his family members. The story continues from there in the third installment.
