Garudan, the Tamil rural action thriller film directed by RS Durai Senthilkumar earned positive reviews from both the audiences and critics. The story of the film is penned by the renowned filmmaker Vetrimaaran. Soori, Unni Mukundan, and Sasikumar played the lead roles in the film, which had an underwhelming run at the theatres. As per the recent updates, Garudan is now gearing up for its grand OTT release on Amazon Prime Video, in June 2024.

Garudan to stream on Amazon Prime Video on THIS date
As per the recent updates, Garudan is now gearing to have its grand OTT release on Amazon Prime Video, from June 28, 2024. The Durai Senthikumar directorial is expected to stream in the OTT platform in at least three languages, including Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu, for now. The multi-starrer is expected to have its release on Amazon Prime Video on June 28, Friday, at 12 AM. An official update on the language option and other details are expected to be revealed very soon.
Garudan – Plot, star cast, and crew
The Durai Senthikumar directorial, which is set in the backdrop of a rural village named Kombai in the Theni district of Tamil Nadu, revolves around the constant tussle between the rich and the poor. Soori plays the role of Sokkan, an ardent loyalist to his master Karunakaran aka Karuna, played by Unni Mukundan. Sasikumar, on the other hand, plays the role of Aadithya aka Aadhi. When movie majorly narrates how the dynamics between the trio shift after the minister aims to grab the land that belongs to a temple.

Revathi Sharma, Sshivada, Roshini Haripriyan, Samuthirakani, Mime Gopi, R.V. Udayakumar, Vadivukkarasi, Dushyanth, Rajendran and Brigida, and others played the supporting roles in Garudan. Arthur A Wilson. Isc is the director of photography. Yuvan Shankar Raja composed the music. Pradeep E Ragav handled the editing and G. Durairaj handled the art direction. The movie is produced by Vetrimaaran and K Kumar, under the banners Grass Root Film Company and Lark Studios.
