As per a new report, Game of Thrones fame Iain Glen joined the star cast of Anupam Kher's directorial Tanvi: The Great.

After making his directorial debut in 2002, with Om Jai Jagdish, Anupam Kher announced his next directorial, Tanvi: The Great. The film went on floors in Mumbai recently. An interesting update regarding the cast of the film surfaced and it is that the Game of Thrones actor, Iain Glen, has joined Kher to play a key role in Tanvi: The Great.

According to an exclusive report by Pinkvilla, Iain Glen joined Anupam Kher on the sets of Tanvi: The Great in Mumbai .
The source revealed that Glen will be playing a substantial role in the film. Apart from him, Kher has got all 'celebrated people' in his team such as Oscar-winning MM Keeravani to do the music and Academy Award winner Resul Pookuty as a sound designer. "Iain Glen joining the cast has just added more excitement," the report mentioned.

Taking to his social media accounts in March, Anupam Kher announced his upcoming directorial.
Sharing a video, he penned, "TANVI THE GREAT: Today, on my birthday I proudly announce the name of the film I have decided to direct. Some stories find their path and compel you to share it with the world! And the best way I thought to start is by taking the blessings of my mother in her temple with my father's pic blessing me too."
He further added that he has been working on this musical story of 'Passion Courage Innocence and Joy' for the last three years. and finally started shooting on the auspicious day of Mahashivratri.

Meanwhile, the veteran actor will next be seen as an actor in the YRF Production, Vijay 69. The film is presently in post-production stage and is set to be released on Netflix soon. The veteran actor will also be seen in Kangana Ranaut's Emergency.
