Fans of Ram Charan who watched Game Changer in theatres on Friday were in for a disappointment after the makers did not include Naanaa Hyraanaa song in the theatrical version of the film due to technical challenges. However, the makers also revealed that from January 14 onwards, the song will be added to the theatrical version.
Only a few days before the release of Ram Charan and Shankar’s Vanangaan, the producer of the film Dil Raju had revealed that Rs 75 crore was spent on creating and making five songs in the film. While he praised Shankar's extravagant vision, Dil Raju said that every song took about 10-12 days of shoot and huge sets were erected for each of them.
However, when the film released on Friday, fans noticed that Naanaa Hyraanaa song featuring Ram Charan and Kiara Advani went missing in the film. The melody song composed by Thaman was not to be found. The team then revealed that it was edited out due to technical challenges while processing the infrared images on the prints. Naanaa Hyraanaa song will be added once the work is over from January 14 onwards.
Ram Charan’s maiden collaboration with Shankar, Game Changer, is a political action thriller. The film released in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil. The film stars Kiara Advani as the female lead with an ensemble star cast, including SJ Suryah, Jayaram, Prakash Raj, Anjali, Srikanth, Samuthirakani, Sunil, Nassar, and others. S Thaman has composed the songs and original score for the film.
Game Changer is expected to gross close to ₹150 crore worldwide on its opening day, a massive figure attributed to Ram Charan's immense popularity. A significant portion of the collections comes from the Telugu states, with an estimated ₹70 crore gross expected from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana alone.
