What is Gali Guleiyan about?

Gali Guleiyan follows the story of Khuddoos, a lonely shopkeeper whose life revolves around keeping a keen eye on the number of security cameras dotted across his colony, after hearing the cries of Iddu, a young boy being victimised by his abusive father.. Viewers are also taken on a journey across the unsettling maze that is Khuddoos mind, full of unresolved trauma.

Who are the cast and crew behind Gali Guleiyan?

Manoj Bajpayee stars as Khuddoos, while Om Singh essays the role of Iddu. Ravir Shorey stars as Ganeshi, Khuddoos’ best and only friend. Neeraj Kabi and Shahana Goswami also essays pivotal roles in the film.

While announcing the film’s OTT release on his official Instagram handle, Bajpayee shared his experience of working on the film. Calling the role of Khuddoos one of the most challenging yet rewarding roles of his career, the actor talked about how he found himself on the verge of losing his mental stability while preparing for the character, so much so that he had to pause the film’s shoot. The actor also spoke of how hard it was to make the film’s OTT release in the country a reality, and added that he was excited that audiences can finally watch the film on OTT.
