From Don 3, Stree 2 to Housefull 5 - 8 Bollywood releases to stream on Amazon Prime post theatrical release

Amazon Prime Video is treating its fans with an unexpected lineup! The spectacular event, which took place on March 19, unveiled some exciting projects across genres and languages. Some will be released this year, while for others, fans will have to wait a bit longer. However, the streamer has released its new content bonanza which features multiple intriguing projects. Prime also shared official posters and the first look for the adrenaline-hiking experience.

The OTT giant is gearing up for multiple exhilarating series and films that are slated to release during a set timeline. Apart from the original series and films, the streamer also unveiled the lineup of the highly anticipated star-studded Bollywood films. From Stree 2 to Housefull 5, these much-awaited movies have found their OTT home on Amazon Prime Video, as they will drop soon on the platform after their theatrical release.

Stree 2

Shraddha Kapoor’s blockbuster movie Stree will soon be premiering its much-awaited sequel. Ahead of the theatrical release, Prime Video bagged the OTT rights of Amar Kaushik’s directorial debut, Stree 2. Set in the small town of Chanderi - The story continues the events of Stree and follows Vicky and his gang to save the town from a new threat.

Housefull 5

Sajid Nadiadwala’s beloved comedy film franchise, Housefull, is returning for the fifth installment, titled Housefull 5. The upcoming part will carry the legacy of entertainment as it follows the chaotic lives of its protagonists with wisecrack humor.

Helmed by Tarun Mansukhani and crafted by Sajid Nadiadwala, Housefull 5 will be back again with Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh in leading roles after its theatrical release on June 6, 2025.

Don 3

The highly talked-about film Don 3, which stars Ranveer Singh in the titular role, will also premiere on Amazon Prime after its theatrical run. Farhan Akhtar’s Don 3 features Kiara Advani as the female protagonist in the iconic action franchise.

Madgaon Express

Kunal Kemmu's directorial debut is a caper comedy revolving around three childhood friends whose awaited Goa trips become their unexpected nightmare. Divyenndu, Pratik Gandhi, and Avinash Tiwary lead the cast.
