Allu Sirish, the younger brother of Allu Arjun, is also a talented actor in Telugu cinema. But sadly, he has yet to score a proper hit in his career. Allu Sirish appeared in a film titled ABCD (American Born Confused Desi), which was released in 2019.
Well, the film completes five years today, and we have some very interesting updates regarding the film's OTT release. ABCD is streaming on Zee5, and the makers have revealed that ABCD clocked over 150 million minutes on Zee5 during the release.

The film's Hindi version is on Goldmine and ABCD has clocked a whopping 68 million views. One of the songs from the film, Mellaga, has also clocked 100 million streams on various platforms. ABCD is about an NRI who comes to India and starts living on his own. Allu Sirish played the role of Avi in this film, which has Rukshar Dhillon as the female lead. The chemistry between the lead pair is one of the major highlights of the film.
Sanjeev Reddy directed the film, which Madhura Sreedhar Reddy produced on a very low budget. The makers did not leave any stone unturned to make the film a big hit, but sadly, the dull narration let the film down quickly. Judah Sandy composed the music for ABCD, and his songs were solid hits with the audience.
Not many know, but ABCD was the remake of the Malayalam hit with the same name and featured Dulquer Salman. ABCD was distributed by Big Ben Cinemas, and the makers sold the post-release rights for a decent price and ended in profits.
Allu Sirish is still trying to score a hit, but that is not happening. He has pinned a lot of hopes on his new film, Buddy, which will hit screens soon. The first song from the film is out and has caught on quite well all over. We need to see if Allu Sirish will make a comeback with this film or not. Watch this space for more updates.
