Using social media, the makers of the Tamil movie Garudan have released the first poster. Soori, Sasikumar, and Unni Mukundan are the main characters in this film. In addition to revealing the title of the movie, this poster features the three of them sporting an intense and rugged appearance.

The cast took to their social media pages to share the first poster with the tagline, “Get ready for a soaring adventure! The pulse-pounding "Glimpse of Garudan" is here!”.

Garudan is directed by Ethir Neechal-fame R S Durai Senthilkumar, who is the co-writer of Viduthalai Part 1. Vetri Maaran has penned the screenplay for this movie, which also features Sshivada, Revathi Sharma, Roshini Haripriyan, Samuthrakani, Motta Rajendran, and Mime Gopi in prominent roles. The soundtracks for this film were composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

According to the poster, the film is slated to release soon. However, the makers have not revealed the exact date of the theatrical release.

Soori’s upcoming projects

The actor’s performance in Viduthalai Part 1 was critically acclaimed and appreciated by film enthusiasts across the country. The period crime thriller is streaming on ZEE5. He is also playing a lead role in Kottukkaali, also known as The Adamant Girl, alongside Anna Ben.

A young woman who falls in love with a man belonging to a lower caste is the main character of Kottukkaali, but her family thinks she is possessed and that a spell has been placed on her. The movie, which is expected to release in February, is directed by P. S. Vinothraj.

Unni Mukundan doing a Tamil film after a while

Actor Unni Mukundan is working in Tamil after a long gap, with the actor being busy with his Malayalam and Telugu projects. He made his Tamil debut with Seedan, which also featured Dhanush and Ananya in lead roles. The film is a remake of the Malayalam film Nandanam, which was released in 2002. His Malayalam films, Jai Ganesh and Get-Set Baby!, will be hitting the big screen soon.
