Rihanna is finally here. She is giving her performance at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding festivities. The first glimpse from the performance is out and calling it grand would be an understatement. Rihanna killed it at the stage, with her outfit, the walk and her performance altogether.
Rihanna’s performance
A happy Rihanna walked the ramp like a supermodel with the mic in her hand. She was seen in a lime green translucent dress with a thigh-high slit. For the performance, Rihanna kept her hair pinned to a side. She got a lot of cheers from the crowd for her performance and she took in the energy to continue her performance with zest.
Her first time in India
This is Rihanna’s first time in India. It is her first time performing in the country as well and that did not happen through a tour but the wedding festivities. Whether Rihanna will be back in the country again, remains to be seen.
Spotted at Jamnagar airport with husband
Rihanna was previously spotted at the Jamnagar airport with her husband A$AP Rocky. The two carried a huge luggage which involved props for the show. Reportedly, Rihanna was paid USD 5 million for her performance at the festivities.
Rihanna not the only International celeb
Asia’s richest man Mukesh Ambani did not only invite Rihanna for his son Anant Ambani’s pre-wedding with Radhika Merchant. Mark Zukerberg, Bill Gates and Ivanka Trump are also among the guests at the festivities. Anant and Radhika will get married on July 12.
Not the first time a pop star comes to an Ambani wedding
Back in 2018, Ambanis had flown Beyonce down for a performance at their daughter Isha Ambani’s wedding. The same reportedly cost them USD 6 million and as we can notice, it was all totally worth it.
