Farhan Akhtar’s 120 Bahadur gets a November 2025 release date - Find out

Farhan Akhtar is one of the busiest talents in the film industry today. While his two directorial ventures, Jee Le Zaraa and Don 3, remain in development, he is also acting in an upcoming film. Titled 120 Bahadur, the movie features him as Maj. Shaitan Singh Bhati, PVC, and is directed by Razneesh ‘Razy’ Ghai. Amid the ongoing buzz surrounding Don 3, Akhtar recently announced the start of shooting for 120 Bahadur, a tribute to Bhati and the soldiers of Charlie Company, 13 Kumaon Regiment. While the actor revealed the project when it went on floors, the production house has now confirmed its release date.

120 Bahadur Release Date Confirmed

Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment, in partnership with Amit Chandrra’s Trigger Happy Studios, has announced the release date for 120 Bahadur, which will premiere on November 21, 2025. The film pays homage to Maj. Shaitan Singh Bhati, PVC, and the soldiers of Charlie Company, 13 Kumaon Regiment. Set against the backdrop of the 1962 Indo-China war, 120 Bahadur is inspired by the historic Battle of Rezang La, renowned for its unparalleled bravery and sacrifice. 

Since its announcement, the film has steadily built anticipation, boosted by striking first-look and motion posters. The evocative visuals and emotional appeal have resonated with audiences, amplifying excitement for its release.
